New York Rangers Youth Hockey Camp, Week 1

Last week the New York Rangers held their first week of summer youth hockey camp at their training facility up in Westchester County. The camp continues with a second session this week, followed by a goaltending camp next week. Photos by Avi Gerver, ©Madison Square Garden, L.P.

    Your shots in the rink are SO crisp & clean! Mind if I ask what your settings are? Really phenomenal work, I love your style.

    Thanks! The New York Rangers practice rink is brighter than most, so I’m able to shoot at 1/640th of a second at f2.8 at ISO 1600. If it’s a wider shot, I might go down to 1/200th at f3.5 at ISO 800.
