New York Rangers get buried by Colorado Avalanche, 3-1
Last night the New York Rangers fell to the Colorado Avalanche, 3-1, at Madison Square Garden. The Rangers struggled on offense with top scorer Marian Gaborik and captain Chris Drury out due to injuries. Together the pair accounted for over a quarter of last year’s goal scoring. They’ve now lost 3 in a row and hope to get back on track with a win this Thursday in Toronto. Photos by Avi Gerver, ©Madison Square Garden, L.P.
