New York Rangers defeat rival New York Islanders, 6-3

The New York Rangers defeated their local rival Islanders, 6-3, last night at Madison Square Garden. The Rangers, who struggled at times in January and February, have 4 wins in their last 5 games and have strengthened their grip on the 7th playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.
