Do you like me or LIKE like me?

November 17, 2011

Okay, maybe neither, but if you’re one of the 300+ people who subscribe to my blog (or you’re just stopping by for a look), there’s a good chance you at least like my photos. So won’t you please “Like” my Avi Gerver Photography Facebook page? Doing so will not only make me feel loved, it will also help kids in the Garden of Dreams Foundation, an organization whose mission it is to bring joy to children in the tri-state area facing difficult obstacles. Here’s how a “Like” for me is a “Like” for the Foundation:

  • From now through Friday, December 16, 2011, I will donate $1 to the Garden of Dreams Foundation for each new “Like” I receive on my Avi Gerver Photography Facebook page.
  • If I receive at least 200 new “Likes,” I’ll donate $2 for “Likes” #200 to 299. For #300 to 399, the Garden of Dreams Foundation gets $3 each, for #400 – 499 it’s $4 each, and $5 for each “Like” above that.

As you can see, this could get very expensive for me. I hope it does. Please click the “Like” button at the top of my Facebook page and then share this with your friends and family via the Facebook, Twitter and email links below. Do it for the kids!

I would like to click “Like”, but did not see where to click it on Face Book. I hope that you can count me as a “Like” for a very good cause.

You were one of the first people to “Like” my Facebook page when I created it awhile back, so you can’t do it again, but I’ll gladly contribute a dollar in your name!
