Photo of the Week #154

December 10, 2012

For the 8th consecutive year, I shot the Holiday Rock & Roll Bash, a benefit for the Lustgarten Foundation for pancreatic cancer research. The Bash, held at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York City’s Times Square on Thursday, raised a foundation-record $1.75 million. Thanks to Cablevision’s support, 100% of the funds raised will go directly toward pancreatic cancer research to detect the disease earlier, develop better treatments, and ultimately, to find a cure. For more information, visit CurePc.org.

As in previous years, the Radio City Rockettes performed a flawless dance number for the party’s guests. Here’s my favorite shot of their routine!

Photo tech specs: Canon 5D Mark III camera, 16-35mm f2.8 lens @ 30mm, f4.0, 1/500th, ISO 5000 with 580EX II flash.
