Photo of the Week #192

February 3, 2014

This past week’s photo shoots were highlighted by a couple outdoor “NHL Stadium Series” hockey games at historic Yankee Stadium, both featuring the New York Rangers against local rivals. The week kicked off Sunday with a 7-3 thrashing of the New Jersey Devils, and then this 2-1 win over the New York Islanders on Wednesday night. I wouldn’t say it was exactly pleasant enduring blistering winds in low double-digit (F°) temperatures, but the Rangers are now 3-0 in outdoor games dating back to the Winter Classic vs. Philadelphia in early 2012, so maybe we should do these every year?
