Last Wednesday I spent the day taking portraits of 28 New York City Football Club players, including this classy one of Chris Wingert. I wonder if he uses those James Bond eyebrows to distract opponents on the soccer field (football pitch to you international folk).

Photo tech specs: Canon 5D Mark III camera, 70-200mm f2.8 II lens @ 105mm, f5.6, 1/160th, ISO 100. Lit with three Einstein 640 strobes, one in 64″ PLM umbrella above on boom, two with 30 degree spot grids behind subject right and left, vignette added in Photoshop.
