Photo of the Week #242
The New York Rangers may have lost this game to the Washington Capitals 5-2, but it was a mere blip on the radar for the team, whose 50-21-7 record this season is best in the NHL with four games remaining. Despite a bumpy 7-7-4 start and star goalie Henrik Lundqvist having missed 8 weeks due to injury, backup goalie Cam Talbot’s incredible run during his absence and Rick Nash’s 42 goals this season (tied for second in the league) have put the Rangers in a position to make a serious Stanley Cup run. Even Vegas thinks so, favoring them to win it all with 13/2 odds.
